In nowadays with knowledge economy development, the demand for talent increasing, the Vocational Education Training has been paid more and more attention. In the situation together with opportunities and challenges, the requirements for the quality of talent is also rising, how to train talents with good quality, expertise and creative is to become a problem we must resolve. However, personnel training and improving the quality of teaching is closely related with the teachers, vocational teachers to the students is not only imparting knowledge but also training students'practical ability, doing moral education with a good grasp of psychological guidance in order to make the students became excellent. To achieve this goal, the vocation school must enhance their competitive advantages, and enhance the teaching ability of teachers.In this article, it sums up some research results at home and abroad of the building up the training curriculum for teaching ability in secondary vocational schools, and the practice in our country, trying to look for a. more comprehensive science curriculum model for training teaching ability in order to improve the standard of teaching in vocational schools.It became with the defined of the teaching ability of teachers in the vocational schools in this paper, discusses the issues of teaching ability in vocational school, Learn by comparing the capacity-building aspects of vocational school teachers situation in the United States, Britain, Australia, Germany and other countries, With the actual description of policy, economic, social environment, the status of teachers teaching ability in the development of secondary vocational schools in China, then proposes what teaching ability should the teachers have in the secondary vocational schools in China. Finally, in the principle of system construction for the vocational teaching ability of teachers training courses, this article proposes the Construction Curriculum for teaching ability of teachers in secondary in the aspects of knowledge literacy, professional skill and ability and literacy in the knowledge, professional skill and ability and comprehensive ability.
