| This research is based on realizing the relationship of teacher and school-based curriculum development, through the questionnaire and face to face communication with secondary vocational school teacher and student, try to get the current status of the capability of secondary vocational school-based curriculum development. From the research, the reasons why secondary vocational teacher are weak at school-based curriculum development are declared, and also explore how to enhance their capability of related capability and set up an effective support system.
