Information technology has the large amount of information, fast, high quality, interactive, etc., in the language classroom teaching to make use of information technology in teaching students to actively participate in teaching activities, positive thinking, pleasant cooperation, broaden their horizons, access to development, but also improve the effectiveness of language teaching. How to effectively use multimedia information technology-assisted language teaching, and to achieve maximum effectiveness of classroom teaching, the majority of language teachers need to explore the issue. Information technology-assisted language teaching effectiveness is the subject knowledge of language learning content as an information carrier, the use of information technology as a tool and means of teaching language subjects with ways and means to support the information technology, language students to solve the greatest extent disciplinary issues and the ability to form a comprehensive language skills and language literacy. Information technology has a powerful message carrying capabilities, to meet students' diverse learning needs; information technology has presented new and lively form, can stimulate students to explore their desires; information media has a powerful interactive feature that allows students to complete self-construction of knowledge process; information technology with unparalleled network edge, allowing students to self-regulation, self-development. Thus, in the modern education reform today, language teachers have to think about effective classroom teaching.Greatly limits the traditional language teaching students habits of mind, is not conducive to the formation and development of innovative thinking. Language classroom should be "independent, cooperation, and explore" approach to learning, information technology-assisted language teaching this new way of teaching students to change the status of passive repression, establish democracy and equality in the new teacher-student relationship, and help students learn discovery, questioning, thinking, exploring, learning to build a platform for student-teacher interaction, the liberation of the soul so that students learn of the initiative, creativity is stimulated, the main conscious. In this sense, information technology is to achieve the teacher guiding, self-learning platform, is to expand the content of the catalyst-rich classroom, is to stimulate creative thinking of students stimuli. Information technology environment to borrow the language of teaching music, pictures and images can be rendered classroom teaching situation, to break the constraints of time, classroom teaching, students' imagination and lead to association, to show the students a broader, rich information space. Can be applied to historical stories, animation creation of life situations, stories from historical figures, living pieces of animation in the nature of life caused students to think, to broaden the extension of language teaching. Classroom teaching using information technology tools to make teaching an infinite capacity to expand, rich sources of information.
