As an important force to promote national education teaching reform and development,information technology(IT)plays an important role in the classroom teaching environment.The teachers' psychological capital(PsyCap)acts as a positive mental strength to improve the performance.This thesis studies the present situation of their PsyCap and the strategy which can be used to improve.The research method includes the literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp).The author determines the content structure through literature analysis,Delphi method,ahp and collects detail information by questionnaire investigation,interview method.The survey find that their PsyCap is unsatisfactory,which can be embodied as four aspects.First,the confidence in using hardware technology is stronger while that software weaker.Second,information literacy and technology literacy are insufficient,which results in that teachers' hope level is not high.Third,teachers' optimistic state is poor because of indifference of students' computer ability.Last,hardware technology application toughness tends to be stronger while software weaker.Above study,the author tries to explain it as follows.First,proficiency in IT application is different.Second,the strength of the willpower influences the cultivation of information literacy and technology literacy level.Third,positive attribution of the IT application can effectively improve teachers' optimistic state.Last,the use of IT to realize superego can effectively enhance the teachers' level of toughness.There are four aspects to put forward it.First,confidence level can be improved through mastering the IT application ability to build learning community by using peer coach model to imitate operation skill learning,positive feedback and the physical and mental decompression.Second,hope level can be cultivated by setting reasonable goals by combining IT with classroom teaching effectively,determining the approach,and cultivating a strong will.Third,optimistic level can be improved by being full of confidence in that IT can be used to optimize the course and positive attribution of the IT application.Last,toughness level can be cultivated by adapting to the information environment and the application of IT to surpass themselves.
