Research On Patriotism Education Of Japanese Primary And Secondary School

In Japan, patriotism education is called "Patriotic Feelings" education, which is a basic civic education. It is worth to study further because the patriotism education of Japanese primary and secondary school is distinctive and has remarkable results.First of all, the article analyzes the history of Japanese primary and secondary school patriotism. That is, from beloved monarchs into extreme loyalist patriot, then to the relative calm patriotic feelings. Second, it discusses the target, contents and main ways of patriotism education in Japanese primary and secondary school. The target of patriotism education in Japanese primary and secondary school is specific and systemic, then the educational contents can continue to introduce new ideas while maintaining the ethnic characteristics, and through many kinds of ways such as infiltration of various subjects, campus activities and practice activities etc for patriotism education; on this basis, the article analyzes the characteristics, advantages and problems which can not be ignored of Japanese patriotism education, that is, the mythological national and the emperor of Japan, with thought roots of militarism and extreme national pride; finally, it proposed useful experiences of patriotism education in Japanese primary and secondary school to provide inspiration for patriotism education of our country's primary and secondary school.
