Nowadays the education is faced with some problems, such as the development of high-quality schools and the reform of school evaluation system. The construction of high-quality school evaluation system not only cooperates to the development of the high-quality schools effectively, but also promotes the creation of the high-quality resources. And it accords with the demands of the reform of school evaluation system at the same time. Nevertheless, there is a disparity between the current developmental situation of high-quality school evaluation and the ideal one of it. The evaluation criteria haven't reached a consensus. The development of schools' self-evaluation is tardy. There isn't an effect intendance and a timely dynamic tracking management in the process of the high-quality school evaluation. What's more, the exemplariness of high-quality school hasn't taken effect, and the theoretical research is weak and poor.Through many research methods, the documentary study and the interview method for instance, this paper analyses these problems home and digs out the reasons. The understanding of the connotation for high-quality school isn't thorough enough. The aim of high-quality school evaluation is unclear. The subject of the evaluation hasn't be diversified. And there are still some problems existing in the system of high-quality school evaluation. To deal with such problems, this paper proposes a series of measures. First of all, we should make the commonalities of the high-quality schools clearly. Secondly, we should attach importance to the construction of high-quality school culture. Thirdly, the high-quality evaluation standard should be established base on the corresponding principles and basic requirements. And then, advance the building of the organizations of high-quality school evaluation. Finally, from the two points of the government and schools, we should put the high-quality school evaluations in practice effectively.
