Lianhu Compulsory Education Resources. Shared Exploration

Compulsory education is the basis for our national civilization and revitalization. Everyone is entitled for the opportunity to receive education. However, Some are underprivileged due to the difference between town and country, due to the difference between regions and schools, with the remarkable improvement of people's living standard and Bound stress of employment, an increasing number of people are beginning to pursue quality teaching resources. This caused a lot of social issues, such as'School selection fees','school district room','linked household accounts'. The uneven development of compulsory education is becoming the vital issue of our nation.For the past few years, in allusion to the uneven development of education, most regions has come up with different solutions and made some achievements. However, being a large province with many schools and universities, ShannXi province has not done much action.The thesis based on the present situation of the development of LianHu education, adopted the research way of theory and positive, the author profits from domestic and foreign experience, take the co-responsoring secondary schools of LianHu district as example, proposes the solution of uneven education, which is resourse sharing. The purpose of the paper is to do a research of resource sharing in the co-responsoring secondary schools, and tries to get some useful experience for resolving the uneven development of education in a small district. Resouce sharing can be a successful model to drive the balance of education of the Xi'An City and even ShaanXi province.
