Research On Talents Team In Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu Based On Independent Innovation

With the enhancement of economy globalization, countries in the world has increased its capital, technology, personnel and other aspects of comprehensive competitive strength to obtain the comparative advantages. At present, Human resources is the core of resources occupied, it is more important than the capital, technology and other traditional resources. In regional economic development,a higher investment returns would be generated by human resources, the accumulation of human resources can increase the effectiveness of the polarization, human resources has become the most critical link in a regional economic development.The technological development has been greatly enhanced. The industrial structure and labor quality have also greatly improved since the reform and opening up.
