With the increasing administration of quality education, The quality education perception is just consistent with Gardner's multiple intelligence theory. Education reforms put more emphasis on all-round development of students, making much efforts on the enhancement of children's qualities. Though the voice of calling on quality education becomes higher and higher, in practical educational and teaching reform the implementation of it has never been satisfied. The reason is that there is not a feasible and easily-operated instrument to know of children's intelligence. So the main problem of the present study is how to evaluate primary students'multiple intelligence more accurately and thouroughly in the guidance of the multiple intelligence theory. which provided a theoritical ground for our quality education.This research made "primary students'multiple intelligence evaluation questionnaire" by the researcher,tries to use behavior description method to administrate an open questionnaire to make a survey on intelligence behavior of primary students in Shanxi Province, combing with observation and interview to analyze primary students'component of multiple intelligence so as to get a pre-test questionnaire on primary students' multiple intelligence evaluation. After a series of analysis, a formal primary students'multiple intelligence questionnaire is established which is suitable for primary students'parents. The formal questionnaire includes 64 items,8 dimensions.This research ask 1162 parents of primary students from 4 primary school in Shanxi Province. The statistics was sorted and analyzed with SPSS 13.0 and LISREL 8.7. The results as follows:1,"Primary students'multiple intelligence evaluation questionnarie with has good reliability and validity, which can be used to evaluate primary students'multiple intelligence by researchers. Primary students' multiple intelligence consists of 8 dimensions, i.e. verbal intelligence, mathematical intelligence, bodily kinesthetic intelligence, musical intelligence, visual spatial intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, nature observe intelligence.2,Primary students' multiple intelligence has obvious gender differences. And shows girls students'score is higher than that of boys'. But Boys students' score is higher than that of girls'in mathematical intelligence.3,Primary students'multiple intelligence shows no grade difference in total score. Only interpersonal intelligence scale shows significant differences.4,Because of the differences of the parents educational background, there are significant differences in primary students'multiple intelligence on total development. And the higher the parents'educational backgrounds are, the higher the children's scores are.5,The total scores of multiple intelligence are significantly different between only child and non-only child in primary school students, and the former score is higher.6,The overall developments of multiple intelligence are significantly different in primary school students lived in different sized cities. And it shows the highest score for those lived in biggest cities, followed by small cities, the lowest score is for medium sized cities.
