China is undergoing a major social change, Changes occurred in the economic field brought ideology changes too,teenagers growing up in this environment has distinct characteristics of The Times. They are the future of our countory. They are willing to accept new things and full of creative spirit, who attracting a lot of attention.But for various reasons, they appeared in the phenomenon of values' loss, they are becoming the rubber people who is free of dreams, pain, boring .At present, the problem of young people have gradually become one of the important social issues. Such as, campus violence, suicide, illegal crime, Internet addiction problem, etc. Questions of values to young people were taken place in various extreme forms.Values are relatively clear of things to make the assessment and judgment, is the basic ideas for value and opinions, values problems relate to people's daily life,decide people's life status. Adolescence is the important stage values system formed, The main content of individual socialization is the formation of value system. The research in Teenager' values is very important in education field, it's also is the purpose of this research I chose.This article consists of four parts:The first part, analysis of the youth values lost performance. From the fall of ideals, idols of the rise, values ecularization weakening of national identity, lack of social responsibility, interpersonal alienation and so on ,the article discussed the phenomenon of young people who are without dreams, pain, boring in the rubber.The second part, analysis of the reasons for teenager' values loss. For young people there are the "rubber people" phenomenon, tthe article have done some research on investigating the influence of culture of the teenagers values; analyzing the negative impact of mass media on young people,which lead to youth violence, money worship, entertainment doctrine.And also,try to find reasons from the education itself.The third part, focusing on values education theories. Analysis of the human values education foundation in human meaning, value, relationship, transcendent.This paper focuses on the reconstruction of values education,Re-understanding values education from a human basis, education and social, educational and human. The forth part, describes the implementation of values education school, the author has optimized the three principles. Proposed method of the implementation of values education from individual dimension, the relationship between man and nature, man and society dimension,The school values education is defined as developing teenager' life values, life values, happiness values, moral values, human values, scientific values, aesthetic values and ecological values. The author also proposed two strategies,which enhancing the core values of education, mining the strategy of traditional cultural values.
