Job burnout is occupational disease which caused by work pressure. The problem is more popular phenomenon around teachers, Engaged in teachers' professional, they must devote more emotion and with the long-term work pressure,they are the high-job burnout sufferings. The Middle school teachers of musics,those who were in the adverse situation consist of people who teachs unimportant branch of knowledge,are suffering the job burnout which caused by many sources. The problem of job burnout has made a negative effect on the mentality and physiology of the teachers,students and the effect of music course. So, it is necessary to make research on the problem of job burnout of teachers of musics of Middle school. This paper in condition of previous research finding and practical survey research, take the teachers of musics of Middle school in Henan province did the research with the methods of investigate and questionnaire. The result shows the following: (1) The problem of job burnout has already existed in teachers of musics of Middle school, it is not a fairly serious but a common phenomenon, and the most dominant representation is the diminished personal accomplishment exists. (2) Different backgrounds of sex,marriage status,academic credentials,school one belongs to of teacher's, show inconspicuous difference on every respect of job burnout; Teachers of musics of Middle school with different age,teaching age,title and earnings show evidently difference in different respect of job burnout. (3) The problem of job burnout has made a negative effect on teacher himself,his students and instruction. (4) The problem of job burnout of teachers of musics caused by many factors such as work pressure,the bias to music subject from society, living pressure,unfare distribute systerm, etc.Based on the above research findings, this paper presents suggestions of how prevent and alleviate the problem of job burnout from teachers of musics of Middle school: (1) Strengthening the cultivation of professional quality and establishing good relationships and establishing scientific and reasonable teacher career planning from the respect of individual. (2) Building positive incentive system, doing flexible management and humanistric care, focus on their career planning, provide a good development platform and focus on their family life from the organization. (3) To build a good social environment and improve the social status and economic status of teachers of musics of Middle school from the respect of social support system.
