The Study On The Application Of The Old Town's Cultural Resources To The Campus Cultural Construction

Campus culture is the material form and the immaterial wealth created and formed by the persons in the campus through education, teaching, administration and service, and the whole process of creation and formation. Campus culture contains material culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture and mental culture, which has important meanings to the harmonious development of the teenagers'physical quality, morality, psychological diathesis, cultural qualities, aesthetic judgment and creative ability. It has a direct or indirect effect on students'thought conception, moral character, psychological character and manners, through standardization, imperceptibly influence and inspiration, so as to promote the all-round development of the students'qualities. From this point of view,the article has made an attempt to discuss the problems on the campus construction of middle schools,and strived to search for the concrete measures to solve those problems by the study on the application of the old town's cultural resources to the campus construction,in order to promote the campus cultural construction in middle schools, and give suggestions to the characteristic development of school.There are four parts in the article. The first part is the introduction,including the research background, the research significance, the definition of the objectives, the contents and the research methods. The second part mainly introduces the contents and characteristics of the cultural resources from the old town of Jinxi. The third part is the analysis of the problems on campus cultural construction and the discussion of the reasons for them. In the fourth part, based on the concrete measures of this school to develop campus construction, the research subject on the application of the cultural resources of the old town to the campus construction has been studied and discussed intensively from the following aspects such as material culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture and mental culture. And some practical methods have been provided, which are of great value and utility to the distinct campus cultural construction developing in middle schools.
