Suzhou has large mid and low income floating population with the rapid development of economic society, who made a huge contribution in Suzhou's development. In recent years, the floating population Suzhou shows the development trend of family, lots of teenagers study at schools of Suzhou. Generally, these floating population children's ideological and ethical standard is lower.This research selects junior high schools within the scope of the Suzhou which accept floating children to act research, including seven junior public high schools with a large number of floating children and three schools of migrant workers. We also select children who are Suzhou cadastral in these seven public schools for comparative studies. This research choose strategies of polybasic and integrated to concentrate on the condition of their mental health, ideas, moral, political ideas and narrow ideological and ethical concepts, in order to make a more comprehensive aspects, to form a basic description of floating children's ideological and ethical standards in the junior high school of Suzhou. And make analysis and discussion on the basis of it.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part analysis background,explains the significance of the research project, analysis literature research ,presents the theoretical basis of this paper and defines of key concepts.The second part introduces its research plan, includes research purpose, research contents, research method of the paper and the designing, the recover of the questionnaire.The third part is about questionnaire, interviews and data obtained, it is used to compare floating children with t Suzhou cadastral children in the accept of ideological and ethical standard, making a basic description of floating children's ideological and ethical standards.The fourth part analyzes the disadvantageous influence of floating children's ideological and ethical standards and make relative suggestions.
