A Research On Giving Student-oriented Education To Middle School Students

Since 21st century, the world has been increasingly concerned about issues of the way to train human resources. As China entered a new stage of socialism construction, a reform of education and sustainable development of talented students are in urgent need. Therefore, our country put forward the guiding ideology of scientific development; the ministry of education proposed a "student-oriented" concept of educating people. How to treat the students as humans, how to motivate students to be self-conscious and self-disciplined and how to give student- centered classes to middle school students are all what"human- oriented"education deals with.In terms of fundamental education in middle school, quality education has been advocated for many years. The ideas of the new curriculum are to push the curriculum reform. Besides, the way to cultivate talented students needs to be reformed. Therefore, in order to adapt to the new education background, teachers had better reform their concept and behavior of education. However, with the development of society and education, teachers should combine old ways of education with the new ones. But some teachers are so accustomed to those old ways of education that they find it very difficult to reform their ways of education. As a result, it is hard for teachers and students to communicate with each other.So, according to my experience of the students'educational management reform, I chose to research on"student-oriented"education; the subjects of my research are some junior schools in local areas. First, I made a questionnaire survey on"Giving student-oriented education to middle school students"and then collected data from the sample survey. Next, based on the results of the analysis, I discovered the problems of educating middle school students. Also, as to the problems in the questionnaire survey, I tried to find out the reasons and give some suggestions.
