At present,polarization of lack of attention and excessive decipherment of the concept of "student-oriented" exists in the application of college students' educational management practice.In addition,there's an imbalance between the educational management means,the process and the educational management needs.Therefore,the study of the "student-oriented" theory has not quantified its realistic educational management demands,which is not conducive to the all-round development of the university students.Therefore,there is a lack of empirical research of the "student-oriented" concept in the practice of education management in colleges and universities,and it remains the surface of the means of the education management of the“ student-oriented”concept.Based on the theoretical premise of "student-oriented",this paper pursues the concept of "student-oriented" on philosophy.On this basis,an empirical study is carried out to analyze the existing problems and their causes in the practice of educational management in colleges and universities,and the practical and workable application path selection is put forward.This paper is mainly based on the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method.It focuses on the three subjects :the students' education management,the classroom teachers and the staff of the school education administrative department on which to conduct research or interviews,and obtain the basis of accurate first-hand information.From the perspective of philosophy,this paper analyzes the application status of "student-oriented" in the education management of college students,aiming to further explore the theoretical basis of "student-oriented",enrich the concept of school education management,and establish the dominating role of "student-oriented" theory.It can better promote the development of the education management of college students.This paper includes the following main chapters:First,the introduction of the background,meaning,purpose and the research methods and the train of thought.Then the summary of this research domestically andinternationally and finally the new idea,shortcoming and the possible solutions to it.Secondly,the author's connotation of "student-oriented" has been analyzed from four dimensions: education concept,values,ethics and behavioral view.It has interpreted the value characteristics of the "student-oriented" education management concept and explored the theoretical origin of the concept of "student-oriented" and the appeal of education management.Further explain the original intention of "student-oriented" for the development of students and the goal of the development of educational administrators,highlighting the subjective status of students and promoting the reform of education management.Thirdly,This paper analyzes and expounds the philosophical logic of "student-oriented" theory,the interpretation of the full sense of the "subject" and the principle of "for",and to explore the dialectical relationship between "subject" and "for".Fourthly,it analyzes the application situation of “student-oriented”theory in the current education management of colleges and universities,and analyzes and summarizes the problems and causes at the current stage.Fifthly,it analyzes and expounds the application path of “student-oriented”theory from the four aspects of education management concept,communication and interaction,the guidance function of educational administrators,and perfecting the practice education system to ensure the curriculum of the school and the management of students to be carried out in an orderly manner under the new situation.
