Reseaching The Effective Teaching Strategy In Poetry Reading With New Curriculum

Chinese old poetries, the literature arts of the longest history and the most excellent achievements, which epitomize all the aspects of social life and express the complex and rich emotinon from poets with simple, rhythmic and charming language. By leaning poetry, students can develop the feeling of language perception, appreciate its content and art features, and improve the literature ability, and also can gain aesthetic experience, cultivate the taste and enhance cultural ability. In the chinese textbook in junior high school, old poetry occupies a certain proportion, so the appreciation of the teaching about it is the key and difficult point.In 2003, after the Ministry of Education was prescribed in the Curriculum Criterion of Chinese Teaching in Ordinary High school(following is short for New Curriculum), the teching concept and aim of chinese had changed. In this case, Poetry reading was used in the teacing. Though the concept of New Curriculum is applicete in the teaching, there are many shortages in Poetry reading teaching, such as, seperating the structure of poetry which damages the poetry rhythm, just knowing the meaning of poetry but ignoring the appreciation of the language, just having students know the keys but without developing their aesthetic sbility, and neglecting students'active learning, or just paying attention to the exam requirements.Here, about the Portey Reading, the most important purpose is to relook the basic concept and teacing aim, explore the principles in the teacing and seek the useful teaching way.
