Middle school is a golden period when a student develops in an all-round way——morally,intellectually and physically,which helps to lay a solid foundation for his/hei future development.Middle school teachers are the very persons to help students achieve these doals and grow up to be useful.However,nowadays here ctist some improper,unfair,non-scientific and single-sided practices in evaduating teachers class teaching efficience and even take side effects an both teachers and students development.Therefore,it'snecessary to set an effective systern of class teaching evaluation and teachers as well as students well developed.For this purpose,this article mainly deals with the deficiencies in evaluating purposes,targets,contents,criteria and methods by means of class ecamining,intercioass with teachers,guestianaires and some other facts-research methods.It also contains my own views an orientation of values,basic principles,target system and systerm guaranfee of class teaching evaluation in order to be of any help to teachers and reserrchers.
