| By means of literature, questionnaire, statistics, and logic analysis in this paper, college graduate and postgraduate level in the independent state of physical exercise was investigated, and further analysis of the impact factors of physical exercise habits in order through the investigation of college management and college sports workers make relevant recommendations for further work to improve school sport and physical activity environment for students to promote the development of university physical education department Sports development program to provide a theoretical basis.The results showed:1,Graduate students at the university, participation in physical exercise during the second year of the frequency, time, intensity, on the whole better than the University of third and fourth grade and graduate students during the period.2,Graduate current regular exercise compared to 14.5% of students, and occasionally the proportion of students to participate in physical activity accounted for 71.7%, almost the proportion of students to participate in physical exercise, 13.8%;Regular physical exercise of boys is higher than the proportion of girls, and little girls to participate in exercises in the largest number of students; grade difference shows that the increase with grade regular exercise decreased the percentage of students, and occasionally participate in physical training of students and almost not the percentage of students participate in physical exercise upward trend; liberal arts students to participate in physical activity level is lower than that science students.3,Physical exercise habits are the proportion of students in the three stages of the highest in the university first and second year period, followed by graduate students during the university last three or four year period.4,The Habits Post-Graduate factors exercise include personal factors, school factors, family factors and social factors.
