| With increasingly prominent conflics between limited resources and economic development in the 21st century,We are confronted with the revolution to change our developing mode. The concept of low-carbon economy has emerged to cope with the great chanllenge on our living imposed by the climate change . The wheel of history has been guiding us to the new era of low carbon development, and it is urgent to establish a green consumption idea, conformed to the low-carbon economic development.Neverthless, the construction of green consumption idea is imperfect in our country at the moment.College students as the successors to accomlish the socialism course and the disseminator of advanced culture and awareness, must built their scientific green consumption idea at first.
