As China's reform and development of higher education, college counselor capacity building has become increasingly important. In recent years, college counselors with the expansion of enrollment has grown in strength, but in the process of development, capacity building of counselors still exposed some of the problems that exist, such as team structure is irrational, assessment mechanisms are inadequate, training mechanisms not perfect, these problems are facing the development of college counselors need to solve the problem asked.
