Study On The Development Of Independence College With The Enterprise Modes

Independent college, which adopts private mechanism, is an effective integration form of quality education resources and social fund. While it plays an important role in higher education of China, independent college also exposes some problems needed to be solved badly. Among them, the most obvious is its mode of development.The paper first combines some relevant basic theories of economics and management. Then it gives an analysis of the operational features of the independent college and learns a lesson from the success experience of national and international colleges. The thesis next comes to the conclusion that the mode of operation of enterprises would be a good idea to solve the problems in independent colleges. Some independent college in Jiang Xi with such developing mode exists as an example in the end of the article.
