Every year, with the increasing number of college graduates, the pressure of job-hunting competition is gradually increased. Meanwhile the difficulty of c hoosing suitable talents for enterprises is also gradually increased. So campus recruitment, as the way for enterprises to select talents, has been adopted by an i ncreasing number of companies. Campus recruitment of alumni enterprises alsobe comes an important source of absorbing the graduates. But in fact, the effect of recruitment is not as good as we expect. The reasons which cause poor efficien cy of recruitment attributes lies in: enterprise aspect and college graduates, the p roblems of Institutions of higher learning, even the connection problem between two cooperation and to lack the organic linkage all three.This thesis takes JXSD alumni enterprises as the carrier of the independen t college,analysis and summary the effective factors which influence campus re cruitment of Alumni enterprises of JXSD independent college by questionnaire an d interview. Meanwhile it analyzes the process and result of campus recruitment of alumni enterprises in detail, some effective factors which influence campus recruitment of Alumni enterprises of JXSD independent college are obtained. Fin ally it proposes optimization strategy on promoting effectiveness of campus recr uitment. The thesis mainly draw the following conclusions:1. The problems which exist in campus recruitment behave are in six areas:unreasonable recruiters constitute, unreasonable post setting, impractical orientat ion for graduate, Imperfect system on university employment guidance, lack of r elations between alumni enterprises and independent college.2. The factors which influence effectiveness of recruitment of alumni enter prises lie in: right opinion of recruitment, to value campus recruitment, recruit ment quality, employment system of employment enterprise, compensation benefi t,graduates resume, the communication ability of graduates, the organization and coordination ability of graduates, the team cooperation ability of graduates, pr ofessional knowledge of graduates, graduates’ practical ability, psychological qua lity of graduates, the learning ability of graduates, graduates’ ability to adapt to the environment, the moral quality of graduates, professional courses set up in line with market demand; to provide a personalized employment guidance to t he graduates, employment guidance in compliance with the actual needs of ent erprises, to offer timely and effective recruitment information, provide a compreh ensive service for campus recruitment, to establish alumni enterprises and alum ni information database, to provide employment practice base for graduates, to keep normal communication with alumni enterprises.3. The thesis proposes optimization strategies on promoting effectiveness of campus recruitment of alumni enterprises of JXSD independent college from three different angles.
