The origin and development of management theory is not only reflected the people's pursuit of management efficiency and quality, but also reflected the concern and respect for humanity. At present, the school management problems arise because of the lack of concern and respect of teachers, so people used oriented management in school management, the implementation of the teacher-oriented management has become a trend. This study is an action research of the teacher-oriented management philosophy and practice, trying to clarify the meaning of the teacher-oriented management, analysis and reflect the specific practical strategy of teacher-oriented management of A secondary school, to discover and solve problems, and ultimately improve the teacher-oriented school management.This article is divided into six parts: The first part introduces the research questions of this study, research status, research significance, and research methods. The second part mainly defines the content, origin and development of the human oriented management, and the meaning of teacher-oriented management. The third part analyzes the necessity of the teacher- oriented management. The fourth part realizes ore ideas of the teacher-oriented management o from respecting teachers, treating teachers well, developing and trusting teachers. the fifth part analysis the strategy of the A secondary schools implementing the teacher-oriented management and the results of the practice achieved. The sixth part, the researchers reflect a few years practice of the teacher- oriented management, and propose the strategy to solve some issues.this study will treat and analyze the perspective of the teacher-oriented management with a school administrator perspective, through improving the treatment of teachers, democratic management, setting up the platform for teachers development to practice the teacher- oriented management of respecting teachers, treating teachers well, trusting, and developing teachers. It make the teachers change a lot, while promote the overall development of students and schools. At the same time, the researchers also found that there are still some thorny issues of the teacher-oriented management, finally the study present improving evaluation and enhancing the teacher self-awareness to resolve the problems.
