Teachers’ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity is directly related to the development of the school, even matter to our country to reform the education system and the implementation of quality education. The whole school effectiveness and school quality depends on the teachers management success or failure, but the middle school teachers management success or failure is the adolescent overall growth quality and the quality of basic education is the key.
