All educators consistently advocate developing students'sense and ability of reflection. It is worth studying how to let the students in the course of study enhance the sense of reflection consciously and monitor the activities of learning math. But the abstractness mathematical language, logic decide high school students who are in thinking stage of development could not be able to grasp mathematics at the point. Their form of the ability of the reflection needs to be a step-by-step process and the accumulation of quantitative change can achieve.This subject elaborated on their related theory and it's about the importance of training their sexual ability in the classroom activities consciously. This subject focus on comparison experimental method , the support of action investigation , case investigation, documents and reports. It's a study and practice about training the students'learning ability of reflection on math through establishing a file, the lecture, on reflection and mathematical weekly diary. And it has achieved certain effectiveness.
