| In order to achieve better teaching objectives, the teachers should be well respected by the students. We investigate the characteristics of the primary and secondary teachers who are admired by their students, and try to figure out what kind of psychological characteristics the teachers have. So we can provide a better selection and training for the teachers. Also for the teachers themselves, they should realize they should be qualified and try to set up their own image during their teaching.We did the interviews and surveys among the 1st to 9th grade students of primary and secondary in order to know how much the students care about the psychological and affective quality of their teachers. We focused on the evaluation of the teachers among the students regarding the teachers' level of curriculum delivery and the quality of evaluation. We did a personal interview questions and questionnaires as a closed Survey, and we collated the results with SPSS 13.0 statistical software. The results were as follows:1. The elementary and middle school students evaluate the ideal teacher from the teacher emotion, education ability, teacher's interest, will, communication ability and character factor, especially takes seriously to teacher's psychological quality.2. The elementary students pay attention to teasters'emotion, ability of education and charater.Middle school students pay more attention to teacher's educational ability,will and moral cultivation.3. The elementary students are different from middle school students on focusing on teasters' character.The elementary students pay attention toteasters' emotion and education ability,but the middle school students think highly of communication ability and character factor.They prefer two vocabularies of patience and softness. |
