The Research Of Harmonious Interpersonal Relationship In College Students' Ideological And Political Education

The report of the 17th congress pointed out that to build harmonious culture and cultivate civilized practices, have to "strengthen and improve the ideological and political work and pay attention to humane care and psychological counseling, with the right way to handle interpersonal relationships." Report to we put forward harmonious interpersonal relationship is one of the important goals of the ideological and political work .Harmonious interpersonal relationship is an important constituent of the harmonious society. The harmonious interpersonal relationship in college students' ideological and political education plays an important role. After the 17th congress of the Chinese Communist, how to implement the socialist core value system of socialism, and cultivate socialist qualified builders and reliable successors? These put forward the new tasks for the ideological and political education workers. Harmonious interpersonal relationship provides new methods for ideological and political education workers. Thus, we analysis importantly the harmonious interpersonal relationship in college students' ideological and political education. Through our research, we can promote better college students' ideological and political education, and facilitate the harmonious society's construction and development.This paper explored the harmonious interpersonal relationship in college students' ideological and political education from four aspects. They are the following aspects.The first part, analysis the basic theory, theory value and practical significance, research status of the harmonious interpersonal relationship, and also introduce the methods of the research.The second part, explain specifically related concepts, concrete types, characteristics the harmonious interpersonal relationship in college students' ideological and political education,and analysis the value of the harmonious interpersonal relationship in college students' ideological and political education.The third part, analysis the main performances of detuning in the college students' ideological and political education's harmonious interpersonal relationship, including isolating, utilitarian , more serious conflict, and impacted by the network. Meanwhile, further analysis the influence factors of the detuning, they are the influence factors of the students themselves, ideological and political education workers influence factor, and environmental factors.The fourth part, through the above analysis and research, put forward the measures of perfecting college students' harmonious interpersonal relationship and promoting the ideological and political education, from the students themselves, ideological political education environment workers,ideological and political education environment atmosphere.
