Reasoning ability is one of the five abilities about college entrance test. In the"Syllabus", reasoning ability is defined like this"Usually, according to the knowledge gained as well as the known facts and conditions given by the subject, students should know how to summarize abstractly the related information, logically reason and argue the natural science; therefore get a right conclusion and make correct judgment, At the same time, students should have the ability to express the courses of reasoning correctly.Test is a test of cultural knowledge. The main function of the college entrance examination is screening and selection. The most important thing about college entrance examination is designed for students from different levels. The questions about reasoning and judgment as a type of college entrance examination questions, which has obvious scientific characters, not only test students'basic knowledge of elements and the main knowledge of compounds, but also test students'ability to extract information. More importantly they test students'thinking ability, diverging ability, the ability of rigor and how to analyze, reason, use the knowledge of elements and compounds. Therefore, the questions about reasoning and judgment are important carriers through which college entrance examine selects personnel, examine the ability of the candidates from all aspects.This paper elaborates problems which students come across while solving chemical questions about reasoning and judgment and effective teaching strategies from six aspects. Firstly, the raise of the topic (the background, current situation, problems, methods, and significance of the study);Secondly, basic concept (the meaning, type, function, problem solving strategies of the questions about reasoning and judgment);Thirdly, the analysis of the problems which students come across while solving questions about reasoning and judgment; Fourthly, the teaching strategies of questions about reasoning and judgment; Fifthly, the results and analysis of teaching strategies of questions about reasoning and judgment; Sixthly the conclusions. Among them this paper mainly studies the analysis of the problems which students come across while solving questions about reasoning and judgment and the teaching strategies of questions about reasoning and judgment. Dealing with questions about reasoning and judgment, students often have the following problems: lacking confidence, giving up the inference; analyzing questions carelessly, gulping; analyzing questions unclearly, answering questions irrelevantly; inaccurate expression; not answering questions according to the rules; thinking incompletely, unobvious characteristics of reasoning. Faced with the above problems, the paper studies the inner connections and form knowledge nets; create chances for students, strengthen students'confidence, train students'memorizing skills, and make students find feeling of solving questions through practicing. The paper studies the teaching strategies of questions about reasoning and judgment from five aspects. Also this paper applies and analyzes the results of the teaching strategies. Finally, this paper gets several valuable teaching strategies about chemical questions about reasoning and judgment through questionnaires and interview etc.
