Discussion The Campus Crisis Management

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of the campus crisis threat seriously to the stability and development of schools.School crisis,the serious topic has been widespread concerned in the education sector.Solving the school crisis is the minimum program of building up a harmonious campus.And building a harmonious campus is the ultimate purpose of eliminating the campus crisis.Resolving the crisis can not be separated from the campus crisis management theory.Research on the campus crisis has enriched the content of the crisis management theory,so that it is no longer confined to research business enterprises,public management,and to get involved with an emerging area of research,acquires great success.This paper,starting from the analysis of practical problems and summarizing of the campus crisis and its management,through accessing to literature,represents the significance of the study on the campus crisis management.By learning the experience of foreign campus crisis management,it gives us inspiration about campus crisis management.At the same time,it makes analysis on the basis of surveys on the causes of the campus crisis and its problems in management.Finally, it raises the prevention and treatment measures on campus crisis management.
