China is a vast and populous agricultural country; where rural education has long been the weak link.with economic development and new curriculum reforms, the junior middle schools in the rural towns are facing the profound changes from concept to behavior, from the spiritual to the material in which how to achieve this transformation has become the greatest achievement. To construct the township middle school culture and to change the participants in education by impercpptibly influence can set up outside the specialty brands as well as make the personal style shine domestic. For schools, cultural education, is a manifestation of the soul of life, is a source of cohesion. Actively constructing the township middle school culture that meets the modernization should be attached great importance by the educators in rural areas, especially by the managers. So accelerating the pace of school culture, together with improving education quality and school efficiency and promoting faster and better the education in rural areas is imperative.In this paper, I took six township middle schools, in Handan city, Hebei province for example and the current township middle school culture issues as an entry point, to analyse and research the current issues through a rich and detailed survey, and I also took promoting the construction of township junior middle school culture as a starting point for reflection and summary on the current status, and thus to achieve the purpose of improving township school culture. Thesis can be the reference of the theory and practice for the Construction and development of the township middle school culture.In addition to "Introduction" and "Conclusion" sections, this paper is divided into three parts. The three parts dealing, respectively, of the township middle school characteristics and the need to carry out the construction of the school culture.the analysis and thought of rural junior middle school culture , which provides the basic theoretical basis and practical ideas for the township middle school culture.In the first part, I started by the characteristics that the township must have to summarize the functions of rural junior middle school culture by discussing the characteristics of the township middle schools and the need to carry out the school culture and to make a analysis from diverse cultures, the new curriculum reform, school-based revolution, cultural and ecological aspects of building a harmonious cultural which contributes to the construction of the school culture.The second part I focused on the research about the cultural construction of township junior middle school situation and the problems, and 1 started from the actual survey to carefully analyse the main problems and reasons of the current rural township secondary school culture.The third part is about the thinking of the school culture, which aimed at the major issues, based on real township junior middle schools, to build a full democracy, trust, open harmonious rural school culture from the spirit of building an open culture, and proactive management culture, personality and other aspects of material culture of innovation .and to put forward the strategic advice and suggestions on strengthening the cultural construction of township junior school.
