| Class culture is an important part of school culture,an environment for students to grow up,and an invisible education,which permeates all aspects of class management,class activities,etc.As for the students in rural primary schools who are relatively backward in education,class culture plays an important role in the cultivation of their behavior habits and the formation of their character.The purpose of this study is to explore a more suitable way and method for the construction of class culture in rural primary schools by investigating and analyzing the existing problems in the process of class culture construction in rural primary schools,so as to provide a reference for the construction of class culture in rural primary schools,and finally form a systematic and effective means of education.This research adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,observation and interview.Through the collection of literature,this paper combs and summarizes the theoretical knowledge of primary school class culture construction,and analyzes the development status of township primary schools.Based on the investigation and interview of the current situation of class culture construction in X Town Primary School of Dunhua City,and combined with the practical experience of three years’ work as a class teacher,the author puts forward some problems,and puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems,so as to improve the misunderstandings and deficiencies in all aspects of class culture construction in township primary schools.By investigating teachers and students,interviewing school leaders,we can understand the current situation of class culture construction:the guidance of class spiritual culture construction is vague;the democracy of class system culture construction is low,and the class activities are formalized;the class environment culture construction does not play the role of educating people;the cognition of class behavior culture construction is insufficient,etc.From these situations,some problems are found out:the head teacher does not pay enough attention to the spiritual and cultural construction of the class,and his professional knowledge is insufficient;the management of class rules and regulations is not perfect;the head teacher does not know enough about the role of class behavior culture construction;the students’participation in class environment culture construction is low.The author analyzes and studies the above aspects and puts forward some improvement countermeasures:strengthen the understanding and actively guide the construction of class culture,such as strengthening the understanding of school leaders on class culture,building a reasonable class culture construction organization and evaluation system;encourage students to participate in the construction of characteristic class culture;carry out rich and colorful class spiritual culture;build a democratic and fair class System culture,such as the democratization of class cadre election,the democratization of class convention formulation,the establishment of fair reward and punishment system;the construction of healthy class spiritual culture,such as enriching the content of class spiritual culture,establishing democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students,attaching importance to the construction of class cohesion,and creating a warm class environment. |
