Population flow and migration is a phenomenon that will appear in the process of industrialization and urbanization for developed and developing countries. Migrant workers of China formed a new labor groups in the process of urbanization. According to the national bureau of statistics, in 2009, the total number of migrant workers is 230 million, go out the number of 150 million migrant workers, and 16 years old to 30 new generation of migrant workers accounted for 61.6%, new generation migrant workers in urban and rural economic development of the group functions are becoming more and more prominent. As a new generation of migrant workers, migrant workers group as fresh blood continue active between city and countryside. The new generations have higher education background with more than in school, long time, simple life experience, directly from school after town to work out, almost no farming experience, used in network and television media time more. Into the city is not only in order to survive, the more the purpose is to "self development" and "open mind" and so on the higher levels of demand, this paper's intentions to have study in such groups.This paper is mainly based on a plant with more than 1000 workers random questionnaire and interview to have study in case that the new generation of peasant workers'birth stage will, from traditional and modern view discusses the outflow of urban and rural migrant workers in the group in the fertility problems of the thoughts and ideas, and by understanding the outdoor-workers age, working outside time, contact the content such as group, the deep analysis of the affecting factors of family groups to migrant workers.
