Modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools is the State Department "on Further Strengthening Rural Education decision" has launched a major strategic initiatives. Based on the above, the main part of the article focuses on three technical mode of the application model. Respectively, from the equipment and resources, teaching functions, of the application model, analysis of four cases and review of teaching CD player point satellite classroom teaching and computer ratings point three frameworks under a variety of teaching modes. Finally, based on the reflection, look ahead from the multiple perspectives of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary teaching for the future development.
