During the daily life, people attach great importance to self-esteem. Some words always talked by people, such as you hurt my self-esteem, you needn't have too much self-esteem and this is your self-esteem at work. Self-esteem always researched by community scholars in along time. However few scholars study self-education especially the way of pupils'self-education.The research objectives of this article are pupils of weifang in Shandong province. Through literature research methods, the author exploring the Theoretical background of pupils self-esteem. Knowing the status of pupils'self-esteem by Questionnaires and interviews, the author analyzed three factors of affecting pupils'self-esteem. The article gives three canals about pupils'self-education by combination of theory and empirical investigation. Through this study, the author expects providing a theoretical basis and practical foundation for pupils'self- education so as to it's better to carry out.There are five parts in the article. In the first part, the origin and significance of study, the current research at home and abroad, and some concepts are given. In the second part the author explore the factors of affecting pupils'self- education in the state of research on pupils'Self-education of elementary school. The third part mainly talks about the approach of pupils'Self-education in primary school. According theoretical analysis and results of the investigation, the author proposed the Implementation Strategy by school channel of pupils'Self-education. It indicated that teacher should be full of love education to children, and the campus must be the happy garden of children. The forth part elaborates the family approach of pupils'Self-education. Three levels are described in this part. They are creating harmony family environment, Give children the right to develop self-esteem and give children the Opportunities to create their self-esteem. In the last part, the author analyzed the personal way to create pupils'Self-education. It included creating children's Self-cognitive abilities in pupils'self-education, Increasing children's self-esteem emotional experience, and strengthening children's self-esteem training in the behavior side. Ultimately, the author gives a conclusion of this study, and summarizes the results and prospects of the study.
