| Employees are container of enterprise and service,therefore how can enterprises ensure employees’ work efficiency and optimal benefits,and what should enterprises do to reduce low output,high loss and high turnover and how to make employees try their best to achieve the company’s goals? Enterprises want to obtain profit maximization and achieve customers’ satisfaction,enterprises should make employees happy and satisfied,because of employee satisfaction is the premise of customer satisfaction,which requires the enterprise management must pay attention to employees’ satisfaction.Enterprise management should try their best to improve.Employees’ satisfaction,because who has the talent’s advantage,which can be found in the onrush of intellectual economy first machine,what ensure competition is medium thereby is strong.This paper will choose the SH training school staff’s satisfaction as the research object,through the questionnaire method and interview method to study the SH training school employees’ satisfaction survey.To analyze data and results show that the SH training school employees’ satisfaction is low,but results of the survey found some problems such as low salary,narrow Network of relationships with other people.The main reason is that training work is the high degree of repetitive work,small promotion space,lack of challenging,little a sense of achievement,the lack of humanistic care,training school’s Network of relationships with other people cannot reach the desired of employees,salary distribution and employees performance evaluation and incentive system is not perfect.Through research,this paper suggested that enterprises should take corresponding measures to improve employees’ satisfaction for instance increasing work returns,expending work background,increasing the opportunities of interpersonal relationship and improvement of leadership and management.This paper was to study the SH training school employees’ satisfaction and find the shortage factors of the SH training school employees’ satisfaction.So that SH training school can take some effective measures to improve employees’ satisfaction for school management to inject new impetus into the further development of SH training school. |
