In recent years, China's vocational and technical education (hereinafter referred to as vocational education) has developed rapidly, and the scale of high vocational colleges continue to expand, which has occupied half of the high education, but the surface of the prosperity cannot hide deep-seated problems, and some of the problems are getting worse and worse, and the employment of vocational college graduates is one of the problems.Wuhan Polytechnic, as the national model of building vocational college, which appears many problems day by day. By statistical analysis of recent three years' Wuhan Polytechnic Graduate Employment Survey, the author finds7aspects problems:1, no enough teachers and their qualities varying;2, the training base construction lag;3, insufficient employment guidance and services;4, overall quality and capability for graduates are not so high;5, social satisfaction on talent foster is not high;6, poor employment stability versus high employment expectations;7, poor employment units or positions. On the basis of summarize all the problems, the author gives a comprehensive and objective analyzes of these problems from different perspective, these reasons including the construction of the teachers and the training base construction cannot meet the teaching needs, employment guidance and service are rarely catch up the real requirement of the graduates, ignore cultivation on the students' comprehensive quality and ability, the reform of talent cultivation mode lags behind the market development, the social atmosphere impetuous raise the employment expectations of the graduates, financial funding shortage to restrict the improvement of the quality of the graduates, low college level weakened the competitive advantage of the graduates and etc. At last, the author combines the questionnaire feedback and the actual work, putting forward a series of countermeasures to solve or alleviate the problems of vocational college graduates, which including strengthening the teaching staff to raise the level of education and teaching, strengthening the training base to strengthen training on vocational skills, strengthen employment guidance to enhance service awareness, strengthening vocational quality education to improve students' comprehensive ability, deepening the reform of talent development mode, creating distinctive college characteristics increasing construction investment to protect Vocational Education Development, breaking the barriers to level up college.
