The Government Choose The Way Of Supporting Private Kindergartens

The private gardens play a very important role in the course of development in China. Its booming promote the development of China's pre-school education and make up the funding of China's pre-school. But due to excessive market-oriented, the private gardens have many problems. To solve these problems and achieve the sustainable development of the private gardens, the government have to provide support and help. So how the government should do to support the private gardens? This is an challenge in front of the local government. And this paper attempts to answer this question, the research focus in the choice of the specific ways and means of government support. The scientific method is a necessary condition to ensure the successful research, so this study using a combination of quality and quantity of research methods, including literature analysis, interviews, questionnaires, etc.This thesis contains the following five parts:The first part introduces the origin and significance of the research and combs the related literatures. Finally, defined the government, private kindergartens and supporting. All of the above lay the foundation for this study.The second part, discuss the theoretical basis for government support of private gardens. Introduce the relationship between the government, private pre-school education market and private garden. Finally, obtain the government support the private garden have a theoretical basis, and two-way interactive relationships among each other.The third part discusses the necessity and possibility of government support of private gardens. Obtained our government is necessary to support the private garden.The fourth part, from the reality, research the status of our government to support private garden. And discuss some method of support, such as the financial reward, infrastructure, tax relief, policy support and other support. And on this basis, summed up the characteristics of China's current government support of private gardens.The fifth part, discuss several issues that need attention in the process of supporting the private gardens. The final conclusion is that we must distinguish between different types of private gardens, and choose the different method. This is the innovation of this paper.
