This article take the Heshan City Township rural women and children work as the object of study, more detail research in specific domains ( rural vulnerable groups of women and children) is introduced into the social work method of obstacle and countermeasure, not only from the two aspects of theory and practice to improve the professional level, more in order to cause social and relevant government departments of rural professional society the importance of work and the new knowledge, and the relevant government departments, solve the problems of rural social work provides reference opinions and suggestions.This paper firstly points out that the current rural women and children's work still belongs to government services, but the work method in the presence of" emphasis on political construction, desalination social service" inadequate; then points out that we should integrate social work method into the work of women and children in rural areas, and introduces the social work's connotation, value, analysis of the introduction of social work methods on the improvement of women and children in rural areas the important significance and feasibility analysis; finally points out that women and children in rural areas work into social work method in the presence of publicity did not reach the designated position, lack of system guarantee, organization construction is not perfect wait for an obstacle, the government should strengthen the propaganda, to renew the idea, perfect system, innovation system, strengthening the organization, tamp construction and other aspects, to promote social work method to better introduce rural women and children's work..
