Research On The Mechanism Of Guangxi Higher School Credit Mutual Recognition

Implementing the Mechanism of credit mutual recognition is adevelopmental trend of the world's higher education. In our country, higher school exploratory practice on the mutual recognition of credits has achieved some success, but still faces confusion and problems."National long-term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020)" proposed "to promote and improve the credit system","expand the mutual recognition of qualification and academic degrees between the government". "Long-term education reform and development plan of Guangxi province (2010-2020) "also stressed" to encourage the exchange of the teachers and students, mutual recognition of credit and each degree-granting or joint degree-gangting between local universities and foreign universities". The next decade is a critical period in which Guangxi will accelerate" to enable people to obtain wealth and enhance power in Guangxi", to build a moderately prosperous society. establishing and improving mechanism for credit mutual recognition in Guangxi Higher school has important practical significance in promoting the reform of personnel training mode and achieving the goals of Guangxi long-term educational reform and developmentThis article is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, describing the research background, purpose and significance of the mechanism of credit mutual recognition, the research literature for mechanism of domestic and foreign credit mutual recognition has been reviewed. In The second part, the theory on the mechanism of credit mutual recognition are discussed. In the Third and fourth part,the main contents are to compare the mechanism of credit mutual recognition of European and American universities, and stduy the experience of credit mutual recognition mechanism of the Guangzhou University City. In the fifth Part, the conditions, the basic design and operation of the Credit mutual recognition mechanism of Guangxi higher school has been analysised and descriped. Finally, we summarize the results achieved in this paper and the problems and shortcomings that may exist.This study focuses on the construction problems of Guangxi higher school credit mutual recognition mechanism. Paper presents cooperative agreement mechanism, curriculum planning mechanism, course selection mechanism, Crediti dentified mechanism, curriculum credit quality supervision mechanism, coordination and consultation mechanism, network service mechanism, logistic mechanism and the operation flow chart, these form the basic framework, which is not only a useful theoretical exploration, to a certain extent, but also has practical significance for Guangxi inter higher school to implement credit mutual recognition mechanism.
