Adult Higher Education Credit System And Credit Recognition System

In the economic globalization and education globalization background and lifelong education concept of higher education, under the guidance of the reform and development problems, including concern of higher education as an important content of the reform of credit system teaching management system reform, education workers in recent years is the focus of attention. Adult higher education as an important part of higher education, also in exploring the road of development and positive reform in the establishment and implementation of credit has certain effects of also met a lot of difficulties and obstacles. The credit system are respectively the mutual recognition conditions with credit transfer system, the adult higher education credit system in the reform process, how to keep the credit system, make credit transfer to become a reality, make adult higher education to adapt and satisfy social efficiency and students' education needs, this problem has a certain value for study.This research mainly using data studies and inductive method, combining with the pedagogy and education management theory to study adult higher education credit system and credit transfer system problem. By analyzing present situation of adult higher education credit system of adult higher education, demonstrates feasibility and the necessity of establishing the credit system of adult higher education credit system, analyzes the obstacles encountered in the establishment, and puts forward some corresponding strategies. Because of the credit system and credit transfer system are respectively the mutual recognition condition, so on this basis, this research further to credits mutual recognition system it is explored. Through study the concept of credit transfer system, sums up the concept of adult higher education credit transfer system theory system, this paper discusses the basic framework and operation mechanism of credit transfer system.This paper can be divided into three parts:The first part is the first chapter, including on the origin of this study, the summa of researches of credit system and credit transfer system of adult higher education, the research idea and research methods. The second part is in the second chapter, It's mainly to described the credit system establish situation in adult higher education. Through define the related concepts of adult higher education and credit system, analysis credit system of adult higher education present situation, analysis feasibility and the necessity of establishing the credit system of adult higher education, current analysis of a credit system obstacle factors of adult higher education, then propose the strategies include updated credit education ideas, perfect course system, establish credit transfer system, etc.The third part is the third chapter to the sixth chapter, It is mainly to the further research of the credit transfer system, the key is summa the adult higher education theoretical system of credit transfer system, constructing the basic framework and its operation mechanism of credit transfer system. The third chapter describe the credit transfer system of adult higher education meaning from two aspects, the connotation and construct meaning. The fifth chapter discusses the basic framework of credit transfer system. This framework design from two aspects: organizational safeguard and the system guarantee. The sixth chapter analysis the credit transfer system operating mechanism of adult higher education from four aspects:credits transfer system teaching work and quality monitoring, funds management, student management and roll management, so as to can make the system running more coordination between various factors.
