Research On Psychological Contract Of The Private University Teachers In Guangxi

How to fully mobilize the college teachers' enthusiasm, initiative and creativity by effective psychological contract management is an important issue for the human resources management of College Department. Psychological contract refers to a subjective psychological agreement between the organization and employees, including the mutual rights, responsibilities and expectations of the mutual obligations of cognition. On the basis of the theory of psychological contract research literature, the paper puts forward the private college teachers' psychological contract theory, tries to reveal the psychological contract dynamic mechanism of private colleges, including private universities psychological contract, influence factors and other content preparation; and put forword the private college teachers' psychological contract questionnaire, deals with the data through descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis.taking the private colleges and universities in Guangxi Province as a sample, the paper researches the psychological contract of teachers.
