Teacher training plays a key role in improving the overall quality of China's teaching profession,with the continuous development of our society,the idea of lifelong education is continuously deep into people's work and life.This paper is based on the theory of human resource management,in clear the municipal provincial model senior school teachers status in D city with analyzing the current status of training teachers.By uses the combined method of questionnaire and interview,it analyzes the existing problems of municipal provincial model senior school teachers training in D city,and finds out the reason for these problems and then puts forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.It has practical significance for enhancing teachers' quality and teaching levels,as well as strengthening the core competitiveness of the school.This paper summarizes the researches of teacher training at home and abroad,introduces the relevant concepts and process of teacher training,its theoretical foundations include Abraham Maslow hierarchy of needs,Skinner's reinforcement theory,and career planning theory,so this paper can have sturdy theoretical foundation.Through understanding from the administrative departments and the teacher development college in D city,it receives the base data about municipal provincial model senior school teachers' number,gender,age,educational background,and professional title of D city.This paper analyzes current status of the teacher training from five aspects,such as training needs,training plan making,training implementation,training effect evaluation,and the transformation.After designing and imposing the method of questionnaire and interview,it analyzes the reason which exists in municipal provincial model senior school teachers training of D city,and selects teachers of different subjects and grades to study to do the questionnaire and interview anonymously.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the solution of the existing problems.According to make definite the needs of schools,tasks,and teachers,its analysis based upon comprehensive needs.By optimizing training program formation,improving pertinent training content,taking diversify the training methods,it makes scientific training plan.It standardizes the implementation of training from two aspects: improving training preparation and forming a good atmosphere in classroom.This paper uses a variety of methods to evaluate teachers' learning outcomes,and introduces the whole process evaluationsystem to make a scientific assessment of training effectiveness,then enhances the training results output and transformation from four aspects: establish the training motivation and punishment system,guide teachers forming the idea of active participation in training,provide training practice platform,follow guidance and service after training.The above research has the promotional effects on improving the overall level of municipal provincial model senior school teachers training in D city.
