Educational theory and practice researchers pay more and more attention on the research of teacher professional development. New teachers as an important part of this group should obtain enough attention. New teachers'stage is the most critical phase during the whole teaching career. At this stage of new teachers, teachers'development directly affects their future decades of development. Therefore, it is urgent to emphasis on the issue of new teachers' professional development, and then promotes effective measures for new teachers'professional development.This research chooses ten new teachers as the objects. This article mainly adopts three methods to launch the research. These methods are in-depth interview, Non-participatory observation and physical analysis. Through these methods, the author tries to describe the status of new primary teachers'professional development. And then finds out the effective measures to promote new primary teachers'professional development.This paper mainly includes four parts. The first part is introduction. It mainly talks about the background of the research, significance of the study, and the status of research in the field at home and abroad, the research methods of the paper, and basic situation of the research objects. The second part mainly talks about the current situation of new teachers'professional development. The author principally expounds it from the condition of new teachers'daily life, four key events, Characteristics of the new primary teachers and their professional growth stage. During the third part, the author explores the issues and factors in new primary teachers'professional development. The author mainly from the aspects of classroom, teaching management, and interpersonal to explore the issues, from the aspects of teachers'personal and school to analyze the influencing factors. The forth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for new primary school teachers'professional development. In this part, the author not only improves but also proposes new measures. The author mainly from the aspects of choosing appropriate teaching for teachers, effective teaching reflection, and Reasonable preoperational mode to give the improve measures. The author explores the new suggestions mainly from the sides of teachers'themselves and school environment.
