In recent years,the professional development of teachers has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life,and many educators and scholars have investigated and studied it.The special existence of Township Primary School teachers,their professional development level has a direct impact on the future development of national quality.However,the social and cultural background,educational resources,economic conditions and other factors restrict the professional development of primary school teachers in rural areas,making it slow development,low level.If we want to improve the quality of future labor force,the balanced development between urban and rural areas and the construction of a new socialist countryside,this problem must be solved in time.Therefore,it is imminent to study the professional development of primary school teachers in villages and towns.Based on a questionnaire survey of teachers in six primary schools in the suburb of Jiamusi City,and combined with individual interviews,this paper finds that there are not many problems in the professional development of primary school teachers in rural areas,such as the low social status of teachers in rural areas,the irrational overall structure of teachers' groups,the weak guarantee of teachers' education,and the lack of professional development awareness of teachers.These problems have greatly restricted the professional development of primary school teachers in villages and towns.The causes of these problems can be divided into three aspects: social factors,school factors and teachers' personal factors.From the perspective of social factors,the low social status of primary school teachers in towns and villages and the inadequate guarantee of teachers' education have seriously restricted the professional development of primary school teachers in towns and villages.At the same time,the social support for the professional development of primary school teachers in towns and villages is insufficient.From the school factor analysis,the school lacks the action research which promotes the township primary school teacher's professional development,at the same time the township primary school teacher's study atmosphere is depressed,the topic research promotion is insufficient,lacks the practice,the township primary school teacher's professional training intensity is insufficient,the school manager's consciousness has restricted the teacher's professional development.From the analysis of teachers' personal factors,many township primary school teachers have low academic qualifications,unreasonable knowledge structure,weak sense of innovation,lack of scientific research ability,and great personal life pressure.These factors indirectly affect the professional development of Township Primary School teachers.Some teachers have low self-confidence and high self-esteem,which are independent of them.Exerting a certain obstacle.Based on the analysis of the causes,this paper suggests that we should promote the professional development of primary school teachers in rural areas,improve unfair educational policies,create a good social atmosphere,and strengthen the implementation of policies to improve the treatment of teachers in rural areas.At the school level,leaders should set an example and create a strong learning atmosphere;schools should standardize the evaluation system,encourage teachers to be positive,and establish the concept of lifelong learning.At the individual level,teachers should first enhance self-confidence,improve interpersonal skills,but also promote the development of mental health,cultivate good habits and improve self-adaptability.
