| As the development of computer and informaiton technology, since the1980s, the input of information technology always counts50%of the total expenditure. Although technology could improve the production efficiency, it should be firstly accepted by the organizers. The study of the acceptance of users to the technology is one of the most mature fields in the study of modern information system. There are many theorical models in this field, among which the most representational is Theory Acceptance Model (TAM), proposed by Davis in1989. It was developed based on Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) by Fishbein and Ajzen in1975. Besides, in1992, after studied the related theories, Delone and McLean put forward the six elements for the success of information system to explain ISSM. The six elements are namely system quality, information quality, system application, user's satisfaction, individual influence and organization influence.PHMS (Pictorial Handball Match Statistics) is a Handball competition information system, jointly developed by former PLA Institute of Physical Education and Chinese Handball Association. This system has been applied at home and abroad for around10years. This dissertation studies PHMS with TAM and ISSM as the theorical foundation. With a scientific understanding of the definition of competition information management, the concepts of ISSM was applied in the design of PHMS so as to develop PHMS into a comprehensive information-processing platform for statistics, analysis of personal tactics, television script, live score on internet, issue of web information and gymnasium competition information. Meanwhile, the key elements that will influence the users has also been analyzed, which could provide guidance to the promotion of this system. Major conclusions have been made as follows:1. PHMS system is widley acknowledged by the users.2. PHMS team shall increase the service quality and increase the willingness-of-use. 3. ISSM and TAM could provide guidance to the further development of PHMS.4. To improve the service quality is the key task of PHMS team. |
