Education should aim to sustain the living of human being, promote the development of human society, and construct to a harmony society. In the area of Jiarong Tibet, the gap between school education and the daily life of local community hinders local development and further caused isolation between school education and the ethnic culture. On one hand, the insufficient cognition of Tibetan culture obstructs better agreement to school education in local community. On the other hand, for emphasizing on enrollment quotas, school education is low efficient in its fundamental function and leads to self-abasement of local students.The consequence of this trend gradually results in the irrational pursuance of city life and the ignorance of the ethic culture in local community. The detachment of reachable knowledge in curriculum and the real life of student lead to the backward educational achievement of the ethnic student, compared to their counterpart in cities. Meanwhile, when students spend most of their time in school, they merely have limited time to improve their knowledge of their own culture through engaging in community life. Consequently, they are competitive disadvantage with their counterparts in cities and lack of their own traits. Under the background of studying education in the cultural context becomes one of the major research field in the subject of educational anthropology, this research aims to analysis the educational significance of traditional cultural activity in Jiarong Tibetan'society, and further reminds people of the educational meaning of traditional culture. The process of cultural transmission is also a process of education, both of which are through various activities or ceremonies and therefore more suitable to its members, particularly the child.This research chooses the process of"Ninie"activity as the objectivity for it still lives in diverse forms in Tibet after the anti-religious revolution. The common value, morality and habitus of local community are revealed in the process of this activity. Based on review of former researches, this research firstly introduced the status quo of"Ninie"activity in Badi area in three aspects: natural, social and spiritual milieu, then it analysis the detailed content of"Ninie"activity and its process of preparation, conduction and ending. Moreover, it analyzes the significance of"Ninie"activity in life education and cultural transmission after fully introducing the related content of the meaning of education and further explains the implied meaning of"Ninie"in educational aims and educational content. In addition, the last part of this research reflectively comments on current education, and make a conclusion that education should belong to the process of entire human life, which means the education should not disassociation with the life of people. The aim of moral education should be advancement of the self-regulation of morality but rather compulsory morality.In recently years, national education encourages the exploitation of local curriculum and school-based curriculum for introducing the traditional culture as the root of culturally explaining the value of human life into curriculum, and therefore encourages the improvement of the public awareness of traditional culture. Rooted in traditional culture to fully explore its educational significance, this research tries to explain traditional cultural activity as the educational process suitable to the life of the ethnic minority groups. This kind of special education rooted in every detail of people's daily life; it is internal-derived education which can better highlight the value of the ethnic culture; it helps better protect and transmission of traditional culture in society; it also helps people to better understanding the real meaning of education.
