Work of the school is to train students in various capacities, improve the quality of the people.Improving the ability and the quality of students is one of crierion to test the success or failure of of the school education,the twenty-first century society is the century of development of information technology which represented by the electronic technology, communication technology, network technology and computer technology.And the affect of the computer and network technology is more and more huge in daily lives.Therefore, the importance of the information to human society has become increasingly prominent.So information literacy has become a very important indicator valued by everyone.Information literacy is the basic quality of every citizen which must have.Information quality is the important part of people's comprehensive capacity.Information literacy level of people has become an important performanceof the national competitiveness.The students are the future, young people are strong, strong in our China.Therefore, information literacy survey of high school students is very necessary.Information literacy is an extension and expansion of traditional culture. Information literacy is an essential quality in information age citizens,and is an important indicator to evaluate the people's comprehensive quality.Information Literacy should have the following requirements level for the contemporary middle school students: 1. Information Awareness level: students have a strong interest in learning information technology , hoping to use computer, networking, and learning to solve the problems of daily life. 2. Information on the moral level: high school students can understand the laws and regulations related to information technology correctly. They should have good moral consciousness, can be responsible to use information technology, and have a good sense of social mission. 3.Information and knowledge levels: high school students must adapt to school life, and accept the information technology knowledge which is times corresponding. 4. Information capacity levels: students must master learning and life skills related to information technology, and the ability of using variety of information technology equipment, so that they can have a good ability to access information. 5. Information processing level: searching useful information, processing the information, and transmitting such information in the information obtained. On the basis of these new information, we can integrate into the sea of ??information. This article will start with the above five aspects, using the literature research, questionnaire, interview to investigate the status of information literacy of Liangshan Yi areas' students in middle school.We understand the current situation through investigating, Statistics data and analyze data,summarize the general situation of information literacy of the local current students. Find problems, give the strategy to build information literacy training for the school education and school building. Through researching the subject, we hope to provide ideas and reference to people in other nations county of Liangshan for building in information technology education.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is preamble, it describes the research background, the situation in the region, content and methods of the research of a whole.The second part will do questionnaire survey which is based on the five levels of specific requirements on the students' information literacy.The object is the students whin the whole school.This part will Statistics through designing questionnaire.According to the analysis on the five levels of information literacy which is requested by the student of middle school,find the student's deficiency.The third part will analyze the reason between the students which have found the deficiency on the five levels of the information literacy,to provide the direction for the training strategy.The fourth part will descript the strategy for the local Yi students' information training.Information literacy training of the student is a major event in life.Only whih mutual cooperation of teachers, schools, community; hard environment and soft environment of mutual cooperation can play an effective coordinating role.The last part is to summarize the results of previous studies and deficiency, provide the derection for the next.
