Contemporary Jingpo Interest Expression

After the founding of new China. Hill Officer system which existed in Jingpo society nearly a hundred years was complete abolished. The Jingpo area transformed from the slave and half slave society to a socialist society directly, and people in Jingpo area mastered the country truly. These developments promoted Jingpo people's political participation enthusiasm. They have a strong desire to express their wishes to the political system and protect their interests. However, with the impact of factors such as social and historical background. problems such as "looking for the wrong department, using the wrong pattern, choosing the wrong way" often take place in contemporary Jingpo, A variety of inefficient, ineffective interest expressions take a dominant position in interests expression of Jingpo. Their interest demands can not be "transmitted" to the "political system" and is difficult to realize. The block in interest expressions also caused confusions in the local social order. This not only affected the social stability in China's frontier ethnic regions, but also did bad to the construction of harmonious ethnic relations. Therefore, how to improve the effectiveness of interest expression in contemporary Jingpo is an important question for the party and government.In their research of issues related interest expressions, domestic scholars often take communication theory and channel building as the starting point. This paper attempts to convert ideas. Taking contemporary Jingpo as the main body. I analysis the inefficient. ineffective expressions from the "process" of interest expressions, and put forward some suggestions for these questions.The first chapter defined the intention of interest expressions, focusing on the the elements, starting and ending point and the specific stage of interest expressions. It also pointed out three phases of interest expression process:the stage of interest demands, the stage of intermediary organizations, the stage of entering the political system. The second chapter analyzed the present situation of interest expression in contemporary Jingpo. The author also summarized seven interest expression patterns in contemporary Jingpo's interest expression process and analyzed the various factors affecting its effectiveness.On the basis of above analysis, the author summarized questions existing in contemporary Jingpo's interest expression process, including the four aspects: questions in the contemporary Jingpo. questions of intermediary organizations, questions within the system, questions in government departments. Corresponding to these questions, I believe that to improve the effectiveness of the interest expression in contemporary Jingpo should focus on the following aspects:improving and standardizing the expression behavior of main body, strengthen the construction of intermediary organizations, broaden channels of interest expression and change the concept of government's governance. Only by improving the awareness of the main body, playing an organizational role, constraining the object's behavior and smoothing channels of interest expression, can we improve the effectiveness of interest expression in contemporary Jingpo.
