Abstract/Summary:
With a long-term development and evolution, track and field has formed a relatively complete set of trackand field theory and movement system, and the system is continuously enriching the improvement anddevelopment. In2001, Physical Education and Health curriculum Standards issued by the Ministry ofEducation, has introduced the new concept of track and field, which expends the traditional content based onthe competitive nature, the range is much larger than the track and field.Some basic fitness projects andexpansion projects based on the practical skills are involved.Linyi City, the south gate of Shandong Province, has an important geographical advantage. With therecently years development, Linyi City has made great progress in many aspects, especially in education.However, due to some geographical and historical factors, the development of the economy is uneven partof the counties' economy are relatively backward. And this is extremely unfavorable to carry out the coursessmoothly. The fact that some physical education teachers do not have a better understanding of the track andfield courses, restricting the full--blown development of track and field courses in Linyi City, then affecting thedevelopment of secondary school sports science in Linyi City.Drawing on the relative literature,this article does some analysis and research about the current situationof the secondary school track and field in Linyi City, though a series of way,i.e.literature, questionnaire,mathematical and statistical method. According to the investigation of factors which influence the track andfield courses development of P.E teacher at Linyi high school, school leadership degree of attention, equipmentand other hardware facilities, and the quality of college students, we analysis in detail the impact of sportsteaching of track and field course development factors of Linyi middle school, so we can conclusion and adviseas follow:1.The sex ratio of the secondary school physical education teachers in Linyi City is irrational, andteachers' age is characterized by youth. They love sport education, and have a strong sense of responsibility anda positive attitude. However, partly P.E teachers are lack of knowledge of the track and field courses.2. Linyi City Middle School track and field course content is not fully recognized by the physical education teachers. The choice of teaching content are lack of novelty, teaching methods are single andstudents' interest in learning is not very high. In the track and field courses, many projects have not been to thesupport of parents and school leaders, leading to the enthusiasm of the teachers to teach high.3.Linyi City Middle School track and field course teaching evaluation contents are most about thestandard results, and considering less students' subjective factors. Therefore, students' motivation is not enough,and in the after-school sports, track and field projects have a lower proportion.4.Linyi City Middle School track and field teaching equipment can basically meet the demand forteaching number. But The venue of some schools and outdated equipment are lack of repair and maintenancetimely.5. We advise that you should change the concept of teachers; improve the level of knowledge of thephysical education teachers in the theoretical aspects of track and field courses, and they are applied to theusual track and field teaching to enrich the teaching contents; enhance the breadth of the track and fieldteaching content and interesting; increase capital investment, improved venues and equipment conditions andstrengthen the vocational training of teachers to improve teaching and research.
