With the transformation of rural society, the country's industrialization and urbanizationprocess is accelerating, a growing number of surplus rural labor to urban, which put a largenumber of rural children left behind, left-behind children of these rural primary and secondaryeducation issues.the growing concern of the community. Among them, the left-behindchildren in rural primary and secondary ideological and moral education has become animportant aspect of the left-behind children's education directly affects the life and valuesformation of children left behind, but also affect the process of building a new socialistcountryside and a harmonious socialist society. Strengthen ideological and moral education ofchildren left behind in rural schools, is not only conducive to the ideological and moralformation of children left behind and their healthy growth, but also conducive to long-termdevelopment of the State.In this paper, the survival status of children left behind in rural primary and secondaryschools, mental health, family status, ideological and moral status of the research interviews,attention in recent years of children left behind due to lack of ideological and moral education,while misguided instance, analysis of rural primary and secondaryexist on the ideological andmoral education of the children left behind and the reasons for the weakening of the schoolmanagement facilities are backward; the comprehensive quality of teachers is relatively high,not enough sense of responsibility; the lack of family education, parent education isineffective; the attention of the community on the ideological and moral education of childrenleft behindand investment is not enough, the ideological and moral education of children leftbehind in rural schools to become an important issue that can not be ignored. To solve theseproblems, this paper explore countermeasures to resolve the ideological and moral educationof children left behind in rural primary and secondary, in order to change the status quo: first,schools play a position of advantage of the educational institutions to strengthen ideologicaland moral education of rural primary and secondary school children left behind, and enhancethe relevance of education; parents value the family education of the children left behind, tostrengthen the emotional communication; third, the community to increase attention andinvestment in the education of children left behind, and enhance the educational awareness ofsocial responsibility. Through schools, families, social composition of the trinity of ruralprimary and secondary children left behind the ideological and moral education platform topromote the development of physical and mental health of children left behind in ruralschools.
